The second championship race of the season saw the tough course of the Obelisk. The Obelisk has two multi-terrain events (approximately 13 miles or 9 miles) with mud, hills, fields, woodland tracks and quiet country lanes with stunning views. Both routes start at Dawlish Leisure Centre. The 9 mile event heads back to Dawlish at the end of the second Long Lane section through fields and lanes while the 13 mile course continues on to Mamhead forest, taking in the Obelisk and then back down to the finish at the Leisure Centre.
