Due to clash with the Club Trip, the Torbay 10k has been removed from Championship and races re-jigged, with the addition of the Cornwood Challenge...

Unfortunately, we have discovered that the Torbay 10k has been moved a week later this year (Sunday 26th August), which means that it clashes with our club trip, which is to the 'Battle of Sedgemoor 10k', in Langport (Somerset).

As as do not want to have a clash of this nature, we have decided to remove the Torbay 10k from this year's club championship. The Battle of Sedgemoor 10k has replaced it in the '10k section' (it was previously in the 'mixed section').

The gap in the 'Mixed' section has now been filled by the 'Cornwood Challenge 10k'. This is a lovely local mixed terrain 10k and run over a lanes and paths around the village of Cornwood, near Ivybridge. It is Saturday evening race, with a lovely 'feel' to it.

The date of the Cornwood Challenge is Saturday 28th July at 630pm.

Entry forms will be available in the next month, or so.

Please double check the 2012 CC races, from 'Club Championship' tab, on the website, which has now updated. Other races have also been updated to now show their dates.
